保安员之间的矛盾怎么解决才好?

一、方针求“和”。岗点队长在处理对立过程中,面对着不同布景、不同阅历、不同性格的保安员,应尽最大尽力去求同存异、化解对立。找出队员身上的相同点和闪光点,本着“求调和、促开展”的方针,与人为善,以理服人,这是对立处理的首要原则和起点。
